To ensure a safe, respectful, and enriching experience for all attendees, we ask that all participants follow the guidelines below:

 

  • Treat all participants—regardless of rank or affiliation—with respect, humility, and courtesy.

  • Maintain good hygiene and wear a clean uniform for every session.

  • Arrive on time for all scheduled events and trainings.

  • Tap early, release immediately, and avoid overly aggressive behavior during sparring.

    đźš« Zero Tolerance for:

    • Disrespectful or disruptive behavior.

    • Intoxication or substance use during any part of the event.

This year’s Black Belt Reunion kicks off on the evening of Friday, December 5th, and wraps up Sunday afternoon, December 7th.

Join us for a powerful weekend of connection, celebration, and Jiu-Jitsu. Throughout the event, you’ll have the opportunity to train alongside and learn directly from some of the most experienced instructors in our association—from 1st degree to 4th degree black belts—many of whom are incredibly generous with their time and knowledge.

This gathering is more than just training. It’s a retreat to share meals, meaningful conversations, and unforgettable mat time with teammates from all walks of life. Whether you’ve been training for decades or are stepping into leadership, this experience is designed to strengthen our community, sharpen your skills, and deepen lifelong friendships through the art of Jiu-Jitsu.
