Kids Mat-Chat of the week
Gratitude (for the Little Things)
"Being Thankful for the Small Stuff"
"Sometimes we think about the big things we're grateful for, like our family or toys. But there are also small things we can be thankful for, like a sunny day, a smile from a friend, or even having water after a tough workout. Can you name some small things you're thankful for?"
Key Points:
- Encourage kids to look for the "little" things that make their day better.
- Challenge: "Find three small things every day that you're thankful for. Share them with your family at dinner or before bed!"
