About the instructors
Luiza Monteiro
Luiza Monteiro is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt under Rodrigo Cavaca, whose career in the sport is commonly associated with the Projecto Social Lutando Pelo Bem team of Cicero Costha (PSLPB). Since achieving her black belt on December 2010, Monteiro quickly established herself as one of the top athletes in jiu-jitsu of her generation, a competitor that has conquered numerous medals in a variety of weight classes, from featherweight to medium-heavy. She is a 6x IBJJF World Champion & 9x IBJJF Pan Champion.
Celso “Celsinho” Vinicius
Vinicius is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under the legendary Roberto “Gordo” Correa and widely regarded as one of the best lightweight competitors of his generation with 6 World Titles to his credit.
Juan Pablo Garcia
Juan Pablo Garcia is a third-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Daniel Lima. He has more than 25 years of experience training and competing in BJJ across the globe, winning numerous national and international championships. However, he takes the greatest pride in coaching and mentoring his students, many of whom have become world champions themselves, great instructors, or have established successful schools in their own right.
He is the founder of EDJ SCHOOL OF JIU JITSU.
Kimberly Bowser
Professor Kim is currently a Black belt under Prof JP. Kim loves to compete
and has a real desire to bring the best out of all of his students. Kim can be
found teaching and assisting in a variety of our Adult and Kid’s programs.

- 10:00 am - 1:00 pm: MODULE 1 LAW ENFORCEMENT GROUND CONTROL SEMINAR - The Law Enforcement BJJ Ground Control and Survival Course is a specialized training program designed for law enforcement officers to enhance their skills in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for ground control techniques and survival tactics.
