Instructors Development Program - Student Interest
Thank you for your interest in our Instructors Development Program at EDJ SCHOOL OF JIU JITSU! This FREE program is designed to offer additional leadership training opportunities to exemplary students with a track record for enthusiastic, engaged performance in class.
"Teaching is learning twice." As an IDP member, you'll learn the same powerful communication and leadership skills that our instructors use to teach top-notch classes. Those same skills will help you to succeed both in and out of the dojo. Participation in IDP will also help develop your own skills while serving those around you. For students, IDP experience makes a great extracurricular addition to a resume or college application.
Invitations to the program are issued by the academy management team based on current program availability. This is a voluntary developmental program, any invitation to participate in our IDP program should not be construed as an offer of employment or future employment.
Several Leadership Team members have graduated to become full instructors at EDJ SCHOOL OF JIU JITSU Programs and even opening their own schools!
