CODE 310

THE CORE VALUE SYSTEM OF OUR ACADEMY

ORIGIN

Code 310 was inspired by the Navy cadet number of Professor Juan Pablo Garcia’s father—a symbol of duty, respect, and perseverance. It represents a bridge between the military values that shaped a generation and the martial path that continues to forge character on the mats today.

Built on the three pillars of Honor, Discipline, and Service, Code 310 guides our behavior on and off the mats. It defines who we are as martial artists, teammates, and leaders.
Explore the 3 Pillars and the 10 Commitments that shape our culture, our training, and our purpose.

THE TREE PILLARS

1. HONOR

Honor defines who we are as martial artists.
It guides our attitude, our behavior, and the way we carry ourselves inside and outside the academy.

HONOR INCLUDES:

  •  Respect
  •  Integrity
  •  Leadership
  •  Loyalty
  •  Character

2. DISCIPLINE

Discipline is how we train.
It is the commitment to show up, stay consistent, and give our best even when things are challenging.

DISCIPLINE INCLUDES:

  • Consistency
  • Self-control
  • Perseverance
  • Effort
  • High personal standards

3. SERVICE

Service is how we impact others. A martial artist grows by helping others grow. Service turns training into leadership and leadership into purpose.
